Job Description
We're seeking an experienced HR professional to build and scale our people operations across three cities. You'll manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and team engagement for our growing 25+ person creative studio.
Responsibilities: Hire and develop photographers, videographers, editors, and coordinators; manage seasonal workforce planning; ensure compliance with labor laws; foster company culture; handle employee relations and performance management.
Requirements: Fresher + HR experience, knowledge of Indian labor laws, recruitment expertise, and proven ability to work in fast-paced environments.
