Job Description


  • Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google and other online/offline sources.
  • Identify potential customers for travel packages, air tickets, visas, hotels, travel insurance and eSIM services.
  • Develop strategies for online marketing and coordinate with social media team
  • Collect and maintain accurate customer information.
  • Qualify leads based on customer requirement, destination, travel dates, budget and interest level.
  • Forward qualified leads to the concerned sales executive.
  • Maintain daily lead generation and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.
  • Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Reactivate old and inactive leads to generate new business.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.
  • Monitor and respond to enquiries received through social media and other digital platforms.
  • Maintain proper records of converted, pending and lost leads.
  • Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Ensure timely response to all new enquiries.
  • Explore new sources and methods for generating quality leads.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers.
  • Prepare daily/weekly lead generation reports.
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Previous experience in sales, telecalling, lead generation or travel industry will be an advantage.
