Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports on buyer-supplier transactions and commission
  • Maintain party-wise (buyer/supplier) payment received and pending status reports
  • Calculate and reconcile commission earned by the agency
  • Data analysis and business performance reporting for management
  • Prepare Excel/Google Sheets dashboards for daily/weekly review
  • Maintain and improve internal reporting formats and systems
  • Automate repetitive reports where possible
  • Follow up internally (with accounts/team/records) wherever required for accurate and timely data

Mandatory Skills:

  • Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical and reporting mindset
  • Attention to detail in payment/commission calculations
  • Basic understanding of ledger/accounts reconciliation

Added Advantage:

  • Google Apps Script / automation experience
  • Experience in textile trading, agency, or broking business
