Job Description
PAYTM – FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENT
Location: Surat – old city ring road udhna darwaj salabadpura Sangrampura sara darwaja Nanpura pura chou bazar
Paytm is hiring Field Sales Executives (FSE) for merchant onboarding and QR sales in the Surat Adajan area.
Job Profile
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting shops, onboarding new merchants, promoting Paytm QR and services, and ensuring daily field productivity.
Salary Structure
•Salary: 17000 tp ₹27000₹ per month
• Model: Attendance-based salary
• Incentives applicable on performance and target achievement
Target Criteria
• FTD (Daily) target mandatory
• MTD (Months Target) target mandatory
• Salary and continuation depend on performance and attendance
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 10th / 12th pass
• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
• Must be willing to work in the field
• Two-wheeler preferred
• Android smartphone required
