Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding cab bookings, fares, availability, and services.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and other requests.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
- Achieve assigned sales, booking, and customer-service targets.
- Promote company services and offers to customers.
- Follow up with customers for repeat bookings and business opportunities.
- Maintain a professional and positive communication style.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the Team Leader or relevant department.
