Job Description
Process payroll for multiple companies accurately and on time.
Prepare monthly salary registers and generate salary slips for employees.
Maintain statutory records including muster rolls, salary registers, and bonus registers.
Handle processing of PF, ESIC, PT, and MLWF challans.
Coordinate with clients and employees regarding PF-related matters via email and phone.
Manage PF-related activities including withdrawal forms, pension forms, and death claims.
Perform E-nomination processes for employees.
Generate UAN and TIC for new employees and update KYC details.
Handle PF, ESIC, and MLWF registration for companies.
Draft various HR-related letters and official documents.
