Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Life Insurance Team Leader to lead a sales team, drive business growth, achieve monthly targets, and ensure quality customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Life Insurance Sales Executives/Relationship Managers.

Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.

Drive achievement of business and revenue targets.

Generate leads and support the team in converting prospects into customers.

Guide team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection handling.

Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews.

Ensure proper follow-up with prospective and existing customers.

Maintain quality of business and ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.

Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Recruit and support onboarding of new sales team members.

Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.

Develop strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Handle escalations and support the team in closing important cases.

Eligibility

Graduate preferred.

2–5 years of experience in Life Insurance / Banking / Financial Services sales.

Prior experience in handling a sales team is preferred.

Candidates with strong sales experience and leadership potential may also be considered.
