Job Description
Back Office Executive Company: Dear Money Financial Services
Location: Waghodia Road, Vadodara, Gujarat
Salary: ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Experience: Fresher to 2 years
Qualification: B.Com / BBA / Any Graduate
About the CompanyDear Money Financial Services provides services related to physical share dematerialization, duplicate share certificates, transmission of shares, IEPF claims and shareholder documentation.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily back-office operations and administrative tasks.
- Draft professional emails and follow up with companies, RTAs and clients.
- Prepare, verify and maintain documents, application forms and client records.
- Update case status, follow-up reports and data in office software.
- Maintain Excel sheets, digital records and document trackers.
- Track pending documents, courier dispatches and application submissions.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of client information.
- Required SkillsGood written English and email communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to learn financial services and share-related procedures.
Preferred Experience: Back-office operations, banking, financial services, documentation or office administration.
Freshers with good computer and communication skills are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
