Job Description
- Generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, customer visits, and references.
- Visit pharmaceutical companies, laboratories, hospitals, and industrial clients to promote products.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable pharma equipment and lab furniture solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, enquiries, and purchase orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up on pending payments and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer data, and visit records.
- Identify new market opportunities and provide regular feedback to management.
