Job Title: Government Tender / Bidding Executive

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Government Tender / Bidding Executive with hands-on experience in government tendering and bidding processes. The candidate should be familiar with GeM and other government e-tendering portals and should have good knowledge of tender documentation and submission procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant government tenders and bidding opportunities.
• Manage the complete tender/bidding process from tender identification to submission.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ and commercial requirements.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within deadlines.
• Handle documentation such as company profiles, certificates, declarations, EMD, tender fees and other required documents.
• Coordinate internally to collect required technical and commercial information.
• Manage queries, clarifications and amendments related to tenders.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status and results.
• Coordinate with government departments/clients whenever required.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all bids.

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in Government Tendering / Bidding.
• Hands-on experience with GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and/or government e-tender portals.
• Good understanding of tender documents, BOQ, eligibility criteria and bid requirements.
• Strong documentation and computer skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tenders.

Education:

Any Graduate / BBA / MBA or relevant qualification.
