Job Summary
We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller Sales Executive to join our team at Catalyst AI. The primary responsibility is to drive sales of our online skill advancement courses by engaging potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales and enrollment targets through effective telecalling.

Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective learners and corporate clients to promote and sell:
Digital Marketing Courses (Online)
Online Skill Advancement Courses for Corporate Jobs

Lead Management: Diligently follow up on warm leads and interested buyers generated through various marketing activities.
Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and requirements to propose the most suitable course/product, clearly explaining the features, advantages, and benefits.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers to encourage enrollment and future business.
Documentation: Accurately record all call details, customer interactions, and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly call and sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
Requirement Details
Education Graduation (Any Stream) Mandatory
Experience 0-2 years in Telecalling/Telesales (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)
Compensation ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month

Required Skills
Excellent Verbal Communication: Fluency in [Mention required language(s), e.g., Hindi and English] with a clear and professional phone voice.
Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
