Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee the strategy, execution, and management of our online retail operations. The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and optimizing online sales channels of stores, driving traffic, and increasing conversions across various digital platforms. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, data analysis, and a deep understanding of e-commerce trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

1. E-Commerce Strategy & Planning :
Develop and implement an effective e-commerce strategy to meet business objectives and revenue goals.
Oversee product selection, pricing strategies, promotions, and product listings to ensure maximum sales performance.
Coordinate with other departments (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless operations.
Identify and evaluate new opportunities for e-commerce growth and expansion (e.g., new marketplaces, partnerships).


2. Website & Platform Management :
Oversee the daily management and optimization of the e-commerce platforms, ensuring a user-friendly and engaging experience.
Continuously monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.


3. Digital Marketing & Traffic Generation :
Monitor and analyze key metrics to improve website traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
Use A/B testing and analytics tools to optimize marketing campaigns and website performance.


4. Sales Analysis & Reporting :
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and trends to make informed decisions on inventory, pricing, and promotions.
Provide regular reports on KPIs, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Recommend actionable insights to senior management based on data-driven analysis.


5. Customer Experience & Retention :
Ensure a high-quality customer experience including handling customer feedback and resolving issues.
Implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty, such as implementing rewards programs or enhancing post-purchase experiences.


6. Team Collaboration & Vendor Management :
Work closely with internal teams (design, content, logistics, etc.) to ensure that e-commerce operations are running smoothly.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors (e.g., payment processors, Marketplace partners, delivery partners) and external digital marketing agencies.


7. Technology & Innovation:
Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
Recommend and implement new tools and technologies to enhance the customer experience and improve e-commerce performance.


Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
2-10+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and third-party tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive business decisions.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
