Job Description
1)
To ensure physical material check with outbound and
proper packing arrangement in cold boxes further select appropriate courier
as per guidelines and prepare packing slip.
2)
To ensure submission of the weekly dispatch report
every Thursday.
3)
To check the in-house system of dispatch-packing and
supervise the casual packing workers and ensure for errorless dispatches.
4)
To make gate pass of overall material ready for dispatch
by counting every box at EOD.
5)
To raise invoices, fill permit/waybill and check
pending outbound further co-ordinate with FGS for faster order execution in
absent of allocated person.
6)
Responsible for making GST E-way Bill for all
domestic dispatch made from Surat having value exceeding Rs. 50000/- in
absent of allocated person.
7)
Manual Gate Pass Entry in Excel file.
