Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels, including marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and our company website.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Handle Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.) – listings, inventory, and coordination
• Manage and update products, content, and orders on the company website
• Handle order processing, inventory updates, and coordination with dispatch team
• Monitor product performance, pricing, and competition
• Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
• Manage online promotions, offers, and campaigns
• Handle customer queries, reviews, and returns
• Generate sales reports and analyze performance
• Coordinate with marketing team for online growth strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce / quick commerce operations
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.
• Experience in website management (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in FMCG or edible oil industry
• Knowledge of cataloging and listing optimization
• Ability to handle multiple platforms

Salary: As per experience
