Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly responsible Assistant Warehouse Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day warehouse operations and act as the primary bridge between clients and internal operations. The role requires strong execution capability, attention to detail, and ownership of both physical operations and communication workflows.

• Key Responsibilities1. Warehouse Operations ManagementOversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure smooth inward and outward movement of goods with zero delays
• Maintain process discipline across all operational stages
• Monitor order flow to ensure timely fulfillment (especially high-volume days)
• 2. Inventory ControlEnsure accurate inventory tracking across SKUs and locations
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits
• Identify and resolve discrepancies (shortage, excess, misplacement)
• Maintain proper SKU mapping, bin management, and storage optimization
• 3. Client Coordination (Critical Role)Actively manage and respond to client queries on WhatsApp groups / communication channels
• Provide real-time updates on dispatches, delays, stock status, and issues
• Ensure zero pending queries and high client satisfaction
• Escalate critical issues proactively with solutions
• 4. Process & Team SupervisionSupervise warehouse staff and ensure proper task allocation
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and accountability on the floor
• Identify bottlenecks and improve workflows
• Train team members on SOPs and system usage
• 5. System & ReportingEnsure accurate data entry in WMS (like Uniware or similar)
• Track daily KPIs: order processing time, dispatch TAT, inventory accuracy
• Share daily reports on operations, issues, and resolutions
• Key Requirements2–5 years experience in warehouse / logistics operations
• Strong understanding of inventory management and dispatch processes
• Experience with WMS (Uniware preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English)
• Ability to handle pressure in high-volume environments (1000+ orders/day)
• Ownership mindset — problem solver, not escalator
• Preferred ProfileExperience in eCommerce or 3PL warehouse
• Familiarity with courier operations and B2B/B2C dispatch flows
• Strong coordination skills with clients and internal teams
