Job Title: Production & Quality Control Executive

Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated Production & Quality Control Executive to manage production planning, supervise manufacturing operations, maintain quality standards, and oversee workshop activities. The role involves coordinating production schedules, quality inspections, and team management while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customer specifications.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle Production Planning and Control as per production schedules.
• Determine and enforce quality control standards for all products.
• Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Identify delays and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Select, order, and purchase required materials.
• Organize repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
• Supervise the work of junior staff and assign tasks effectively.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Inspect and check the quality of materials received from vendors as per drawing standards.
• Conduct Inside & Outside Quality Control (QC) for all jobs.
• Perform QC of running orders & repair jobs, generating detailed QC reports.
• Take rough sketches at the factory or customer sites and prepare drawings for production.
• Maintain daily production and QC reports.
• Prepare a daily to-do list for the team, assign tasks, and review completion in the evening.
• Track job status customer-wise and challan-wise every morning.
• Keep a record of all production processes for reference and audits.

• Workshop Machinery Knowledge:Turning Center, Cylindrical Grinder
• Boring VMC / HMC, D-Pole Drilling Housing
• ID & OD Grinding Machine
• Shearing, Polishing, Housing, Milling, MIC
• Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field.
