Senior E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven eCommerce Executive to manage marketplace operations and digital advertising campaigns across major B2C platforms such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketplace listings, PPC campaign management, and eCommerce promotional strategies to drive traffic, visibility, and sales performance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and manage PPC and display advertising campaigns across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meesho.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with high-converting content, images, keywords, and descriptions to improve search visibility and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, adjusting budgets, bids, and creatives to maximize ROI.
• Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates, and sales growth.
• Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop ad creatives, banners, and promotional assets.
• Plan and execute seasonal and product-specific campaigns, including festive promotions, flash sales, and new product launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as inventory, catalog, and operations to ensure smooth campaign execution and product availability.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and performance gaps.
• Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness and listing performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Understand and implement eCommerce promotional tactics across marketplace platforms.

• Qualifications & Experience2+ years of experience in digital advertising and marketplace operations, preferably in an eCommerce or fashion environment.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Myntra marketplace operations
• Amazon Seller Central / Amazon Ads (AMS)
• Flipkart Ads
• Myntra Ads
• Meesho marketplace operations
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with campaign optimization and A/B testing.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
