Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for both field and office-based sales activities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Meet potential clients and explain products/services
- Develop and execute marketing strategies
- Manage social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
- Coordinate with the internal team for project execution
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
- Ability to work in both field and office environment
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Preferred SkillsKnowledge of CRM software
- Experience in IT/software sales (plus point)
- Good presentation skills
