Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Travel outside Surat (to cities like Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, or textile hubs) to identify and onboard new wholesale clients.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and approach new B2B clients.
  • Product Demo: Show fabric samples, explain quality (GSM, weave, prints), and handle price negotiations.
  • Order Management: Take bulk orders and coordinate with the production/warehouse team for timely delivery.
  • Payment Collection: Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment recovery according to market credit terms.
  • Reporting: Update daily sales visits and targets on the company CRM or reporting sheet.

Specific Requirements:

  • Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in Sales is a must.
  • Language: Must speak English and Hindi (to talk to local traders).
  • Vehicle: Must have a Two-Wheeler and a valid Driving License for field visits.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills and "never-give-up" attitude, should know MS Excel.
