Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Management

• Develop and maintain a strong brand presence in the market
• Ensure consistency in brand communication across all channels
• Plan and execute brand awareness activities at regional level

2. Digital Marketing

• Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, paid campaigns, and online promotions
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on ROI
• Coordinate with digital agencies for execution and reporting

3. Campaign Planning & Execution

• Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive dealer and contractor engagement
• Launch seasonal and annual schemes to boost sales
• Track campaign effectiveness and generate performance reports

4. Relationship Management

• Track and manage relationships with dealers, contractors, architects, and structural engineers region-wise
• Develop engagement strategies to strengthen long-term partnerships
• Support sales team in building strong market networks

5. Event & Activation Planning

• Plan and organize events for architects, structural engineers, and contractors
• Conduct on-ground activities to enhance brand visibility and trust
• Ensure effective execution of promotional events

6. Branding & Visibility

• Plan and execute hoarding placements and point-of-sale branding
• Manage procurement and distribution of branding materials and promotional gifts
• Ensure proper visibility at dealer counters and project sites

7. Sales Support

• Work closely with the sales team to drive volume growth
• Design and implement schemes aligned with business targets
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis 

Preferred Industry

• Building Materials (TMT, Steel, Cement, Construction Products)
• FMCG / Consumer Durable (with strong on-ground marketing experience)
