Job Description (JD)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and a passion for the service industry, particularly in Bank Loans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by meeting with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct field meetings with potential clients.
• Present and explain our services / products related Bank Loan.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and increase market penetration.
• Regularly update and report on field activity, client feedback, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the internal team to align client needs with service offerings.
Key Skills & Requirements
* Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Bank loan product sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Proven persuasive ability to influence potential clients and close deals.
* Ability to understand market trends and identify new opportunities.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
