Sales & Marketing Executive

• Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat
• Explain jewelry products, diamonds, gold, and customization options to customers
• Generate sales and build strong customer relationships
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth order processing
• Maintain customer records and daily reports
• Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Sales experience preferred (Jewelry industry experience is a plus)
