Job Title: Field Sales & Marketing Executive (Food Products)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our market presence for our range of masalas, dry fruits, and related food products. The role involves visiting retailers, distributors, and potential clients, driving sales, and building strong relationships in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors to promote and sell company products
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution network
• Ensure proper product visibility, placement, and merchandising at stores
• Collect market feedback on pricing, competition, and customer preferences
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and timely delivery
• Execute marketing activities, promotions, and product sampling in the field

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales/marketing
• 2–3 years of experience in FMCG or food industry preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
• Basic understanding of local market and distribution channels
