We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and a passion for the service industry, particularly in MSME Loans and Government Subsidies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B growth by meeting with potential clients.

We are professional consultancy firm specializing in MSME loans, government subsidies, and financial advisory services for businesses. They work closely with manufacturing units and industrial clients to support funding, compliance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct field meetings with potential B2B clients, including manufacturing units, machine manufacturers, and other stakeholders in the MSME sector.

* Present and explain our services related to MSME Loans, Government Subsidies, and other financial solutions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.

* Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and increase market penetration.

* Regularly update and report on field activity, client feedback, and market trends.

* Collaborate with the internal team to align client needs with service offerings.

Key Skills & Requirements:

* Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services or MSME sector.

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

* Proven persuasive ability to influence potential clients and close deals.

* Knowledge of MSME Loan schemes, Government Subsidies, and financial services.

* Ability to understand market trends and identify new opportunities.

* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
