Supply Chain Manager

Job Responsibilities

Export Operations

 Coordinate with marketing, production, customers, CHA, and logistics partners for

export order fulfillment

 Plan dispatches and ensure finished goods readiness as per schedule

 Prepare and process pre-shipment and post-shipment export documentation (Sea/Air)

 Manage customs clearance and coordinate with authorities for smooth shipment

movement

 Negotiate freight rates and finalize freight forwarders/shipping lines

 Maintain export records in ERP and track shipment status

 Handle EPCG, Advance License, re-export/re-import procedures, and export

incentives (Duty Drawback, MEIS, etc.)

 Obtain necessary export certifications (Certificate of Origin, GSP, etc.)

 Coordinate LC documentation submission with banks

 Define export packing standards and prepare export MIS reports

Import Operations

 Coordinate with internal departments to determine import requirements

 Process overseas purchase orders, proforma invoices, and IDF applications

 Arrange marine insurance, supplier payments, and Letters of Credit

 Track inbound shipments and follow up with suppliers for delivery timelines

 Coordinate with clearing agents for customs clearance of imported goods

 Manage inspection of received goods and resolve discrepancies

 Coordinate GRN preparation and maintain import documentation

Domestic Logistics

 Manage end-to-end domestic dispatch operations across India

 Prepare invoices, packing lists, challans, L.R., and road permits/waybills

 Oversee vehicle loading, picking, binning, packaging, and dispatch planning

 Process invoicing in ERP and maintain dispatch records

 Coordinate with finance for invoice submission and documentation

 Ensure timely delivery and efficient outbound logistics operations
