Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Ayurvedic Production Executive to support the manufacturing of herbal medicines. The role involves preparing formulations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth production operations in compliance with GMP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the manufacturing of Ayurvedic products such as churna, Capsule, oils, Avaleh and cosmetics.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Handle raw materials like herbs, extracts, and powders properly
- Ensure accurate weighing, mixing, grinding, and processing of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area
- Monitor production processes and report any deviations
- Support quality control and batch documentation
- Ensure proper labelling, packaging, and storage of finished products
- Maintain records of BMR and daily production activities
