4. Team Leadership & Training
Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Sales Executives / Territory Sales Officers.
Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure adherence to sales discipline.
Train field staff, distributors, and influencers (masons/applicators) on product and selling skills.
Ensure market mapping and daily reporting compliance from team members.

5. Marketing & Promotion 
Coordinate with the marketing team for regional trade activations and campaigns.
Organize mason meets, dealer meets, product demos, and sampling activities.
Enhance brand visibility through POP, site branding, and influencer programs.

6. Market Intelligence & Reporting 
Track competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market share.
Provide insights on new opportunities, pricing strategy, and consumer behaviour.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales, collection, and market activities.
