Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Specialist in React.js, you will play a critical role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering innovative product and sustenance solutions. You will lead a high-performing team to adopt industry-leading practices, directly contributing to project advancement and success. Your expertise will not only guide technical solutions but also ensure that our offerings meet the highest quality standards and client requirements. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Architect And Design Comprehensive Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery Using React.Js And Related Technologies, Ensuring Alignment With Project Scope And Quality Standards.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert In React.Js, Providing Technical Guidance And Support To Team Members And Stakeholders.
3. Lead Initiatives For Knowledge Upgradation, Integrating The Latest Technologies And Frameworks To Ensure Solutions Remain Current And Competitive.
4. Foster A Skilled Talent Pool In React.Js Through Conducting Interviews, Facilitating Training Sessions, And Mentoring Team Members To Enhance Their Technical Capabilities.
