Customer Assistance Manager-Loan Against Property-Hardship Assistance Unit
- Manage customer assistance specifically for Loan Against Property products within the Hardship Assistance Unit. - Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions related to loan hardship cases. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. - Maintain records and documentation related to customer assistance activities. - Support the bank’s efforts to provide financial relief and assistance to customers facing difficulties. - Work closely with loan processing and recovery teams to facilitate smooth customer experience. - Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements while assisting customers. - Provide empathetic and professional service to customers in hardship situations. - Monitor and report on customer assistance metrics and feedback to improve service quality. - Collaborate with branch and regional teams to implement customer assistance strategies effectively.Job role
