Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Call customers with overdue/late EMI payments and follow up for payment regularization.
  • Understand customer issues/reasons for delayed payment and provide suitable guidance.
  • Schedule and conduct customer visits as required.
  • Convince and motivate customers to clear their pending EMI dues.
  • Maintain proper follow-up records and update customer interactions in the company portal.
  • Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer status and payment commitments.
