Position: Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer leads par outbound calls karna.
  • Product information aur offers explain karna.
  • Customer requirements understand karke suitable product suggest karna.
  • Leads ka regular follow-up karna.
  • Store visit / appointment schedule karna.
  • CRM / lead status daily update karna.
  • Sales targets achieve karne par focus karna.

Requirements:

  • Good communication & convincing skills.
  • Hindi/Gujarati communication required; basic English preferred.
  • Telesales / Customer Calling experience preferred.
  • Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
