JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller / Lead Coordinator to handle new enquiries, qualify leads, schedule showroom appointments and ensure systematic follow-up.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads received through marketing, website, social media, referrals and other sources, understanding customer requirements and coordinating with the sales team to generate quality showroom visits and sales opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the customer's furniture/interior requirements.
• Qualify leads based on requirement, location, budget and timeline.
• Book showroom appointments and schedule meetings with Sales Executives.
• Follow up with leads who have not yet visited the showroom.
• Follow up with old and inactive leads.
• Maintain accurate lead information in CRM/Excel.
• Update call status and next follow-up date.
• Ensure no lead remains unattended.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding qualified leads and appointments.
• Send relevant product information/catalogues to customers when required.
• Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports.
• REQUIRED SKILLS / CANDIDATE PROFILEExcellent Hindi/Gujarati communication skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Confident on the phone with a pleasant and professional voice.
• Strong follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM, Excel and WhatsApp.
• Target-oriented and disciplined.
• Good customer-handling and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate lead records.
• Ability to manage multiple follow-ups systematically.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

(KPIs)Performance will be evaluated based on:

• Number of calls completed.
• Number of new leads contacted.
• Number of leads successfully qualified.
• Appointments booked.
• Showroom visits generated.
• Follow-ups completed.
• Lead conversion contribution.
• Accuracy and completeness of CRM/lead records.
• Timely follow-up of pending and inactive leads.

• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati with basic English communication.
• Good at understanding customer requirements.
• Strong in follow-up and lead management.
• Disciplined and consistent with daily calling activities.
• Comfortable working with targets.
• Professional, polite and customer-focused.
