Job Description
We Are Hiring – HR Recruiter
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (FULL TIME)
₹4,000 to ₹5000 per month ( PART TIME)
- Job Responsibilities:Understanding client requirements and sourcing suitable candidates.
- Screening and shortlisting candidate profiles.
- Conducting initial telephonic interviews.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and clients.
- Regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Managing job postings and candidate databases.
- Working towards monthly recruitment targets and closures.
- Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ability to work on multiple job openings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office .
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
