About the RoleDropit is looking for customer-focused and proactive Customer Care / Tele Calling Executives to manage customer inquiries, coordinate delivery-related requests and ensure a smooth service experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a problem-solving attitude and the ability to handle customer calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding bookings, pickup and delivery requests, and service-related queries.
• Coordinate with customers, delivery partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up on pending orders, delayed deliveries, cancellations and customer complaints.
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, booking status and delivery updates.
• Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate them to the concerned department when required.
• Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups, feedback, service updates and lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints and follow-up activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely assistance.
• Meet daily calling targets and maintain service quality standards.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English communication is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer care, telecalling, customer support or logistics/delivery operations.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints patiently and professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM software.
• Good follow-up, coordination and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 1-3 years in customer support, telecalling or a related role.

Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

Work Mode: Work from office.
