Role Name: E-commerce Order Processing & Dispatch Executive

🎯 Role Overview:

You will handle all online orders (Amazon, website, etc.) including packing, processing, and dispatch coordination.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily e-commerce orders

• Pick, pack, and prepare shipments

• Generate shipping labels & invoices

• Coordinate with courier partners

• Update order status in system

• Handle returns & replacements

• Maintain inventory for e-commerce SKUs

📊 Skills Required:

• Basic computer knowledge

• Familiarity with Amazon / Shopify (bonus)

• Attention to detail in packing

• Speed + accuracy

🎓 Experience:

• 0–2 years (freshers can apply)
