About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should bring strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills to ensure efficient procurement processes and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:• Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) for vendors

• Ensure strong and timely follow-up with suppliers

• Obtain and compare at least 3 quotations for every requirement

• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors

• Coordinate with the Store Department to understand requirements and initiate procurement

Required Skills & Qualifications:• Excellent communication skills

• Strong negotiation abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and vendors

Experience:1–2 years minimum in Purchase / Procurement

Education:

B.Com or Commerce-related background

Work Type:

Full-time (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

Reporting To:

Director

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
