Sales Executive

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to help customers choose the right furnishings for their homes. The ideal candidate should have a good sense of design, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert walk-ins into happy customers.

• 🛠️ Key Responsibilities🛍️ Sales & Customer HandlingGreet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
• Understand customer needs (curtains, blinds, wallpapers, sofas, etc.)
• Recommend suitable fabrics, designs, and solutions
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
• 🎨 Product ConsultationGuide customers on color combinations, textures, and styles
• Suggest complete furnishing solutions (not just products)
• Help customers visualize how the product will look in their home
• 📋 Order ManagementPrepare quotations and explain pricing clearly
• Coordinate measurements with site team
• Follow up with customers for approvals and closures
• 🤝 Relationship BuildingMaintain good relationships with repeat customers
• Coordinate with architects/interior designers when required
• Generate referrals from existing customers
• 📞 Follow-ups & Lead ManagementFollow up on pending inquiries and leads
• Maintain customer database and update status regularly
• Ensure minimum daily follow-ups for conversions
• 🧹 Showroom MaintenanceEnsure showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Keep catalogs and samples updated and presentable
• 📊 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Daily customer walk-in conversions
• Number of follow-ups done per day
• Monthly sales target achievement
• Customer satisfaction and repeat business
• 👤 Skills & RequirementsGood communication (English + local language preferred)
• Basic knowledge of interiors/furnishings (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, billing software)
• 🎓 Experience0–3 years in retail sales (furnishing/interiors preferred)
