Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers via calls to schedule high quality leads for sales.
- Make approximately 250 outbound calls per day.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads to ensure engagement and conversion.
- Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer queries.
Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets.
