Spare Parts Incharge / EDP ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Spare Parts Incharge / EDP Executive with hands-on experience in the Automobile Dealership / Car Spare Parts industry. The candidate will be responsible for spare parts billing, parts issue, sales and purchase entries, stock management, inventory control, and computer-based data entry.

Candidates with experience handling Maruti Suzuki spare parts and DMS software will be preferred. Candidates with relevant spare-parts experience in other automobile brands may also apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day spare parts department operations.
• Manage sale and purchase of automobile spare parts.
• Maintain accurate spare parts stock and inventory records.
• Handle billing and parts issue as per dealership procedures.
• Generate parts invoices, issue slips, and related documents.
• Make parts entries and updates in Maruti Suzuki DMS software.
• Maintain computer-based records of incoming and outgoing spare parts.
• Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving parts.
• Coordinate with the service/workshop, purchase, sales, and accounts teams for parts requirements.
• Verify received spare parts against invoices and purchase documents.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and arrangement of spare parts.
• Maintain records of stock transfers, returns, warranty parts, and issued parts.
• Assist in regular stock checking and physical inventory verification.
• Track pending parts and coordinate for timely availability.
• Ensure accurate data entry of all spare parts transactions.
• Prepare basic stock and sales/purchase reports for management.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow dealership processes and SOPs.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months year of relevant experience in an Automobile Dealership / Car Spare Parts industry.
• Experience as Spare Parts Incharge / Spare Parts Executive / EDP Executive will be preferred.
• Car spare parts knowledge is mandatory.
• Practical experience in spare parts sales and purchase.
• Knowledge of stock and inventory management.
• Experience in billing and parts issue.
• Knowledge of computer data entry is mandatory.
• Experience with Maruti Suzuki DMS software will be highly preferred.
• Candidates with spare-parts experience in other automobile brands may also apply.
• Good accuracy, record-keeping, and coordination skills.
• Should be comfortable working on computers and handling daily parts-related data.

Preferred Candidate ProfileRelevant industry experience is mandatory. Candidates from general retail, warehouse, or non-automobile EDP roles without car spare-parts experience will not be preferred.
