Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate day-to-day implementation of NSDC / PMKVY / State Skill Mission projects
- Support smooth functioning of training centers and project activities
- Coordinate with trainers, mobilizers, candidates, and center teams for project execution
- Follow up on pending tasks, reports, and operational activities
Calling & Candidate Coordination
- Handle candidate calling for mobilization, training updates, interviews, assessments, and placements
- Coordinate with trainees regarding attendance, documentation, joining, and batch schedules
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Support placement coordination and post-placement follow-ups
Documentation & MIS Management
- Maintain trainee files, attendance records, batch trackers, and project documentation
- Ensure proper documentation as per NSDC / PMKVY / State Skill Mission guidelines
- Update MIS reports, Excel trackers, and daily activity reports
- Support audit preparation, verification, and compliance documentation
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, project timelines, and reporting standards
- Support field visits, inspections, and coordination meetings
