Telesales Supervisor – Blinkit & Swiggy Process

Digital Solutions is hiring an experienced Telesales Supervisor to manage and lead our telesales team for the Blinkit & Swiggy process.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the telesales team.
• Guide team members on effective calling, pitching, follow-ups, and customer conversion.
• Monitor daily calling, leads, registrations, and conversion performance.
• Ensure the team achieves assigned daily and monthly targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Handle escalations and support the team in resolving customer queries.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly performance updates with management.
• Train new team members on the process, pitch, and calling guidelines.
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and consistent team performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales/telecalling supervision.
• Experience in Blinkit or Swiggy process will be preferred.
• Strong communication and team-handling skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
• Candidates who can manage a team and drive conversions are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

💰 ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
