## Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused **Immigration Consultant** to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients regarding immigration and visa options, assessing their profiles, explaining eligibility and documentation requirements, and assisting them throughout the application process.

## Key Responsibilities

* Counsel clients regarding immigration, work visa, PR, study visa and other suitable visa options.

* Understand clients' profiles, requirements and immigration goals.

* Assess basic eligibility and provide accurate information regarding available visa programs.

* Explain visa requirements, documentation, application procedures and timelines.

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp and email enquiries.

* Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.

* Assist clients in collecting and preparing required documents.

* Review documents for completeness and accuracy before processing.

* Coordinate with the documentation and visa-processing team.

* Maintain updated client records in CRM/internal systems.

* Keep clients informed about application progress and important updates.

* Stay updated with changes in visa rules, immigration policies and application requirements.

* Achieve individual and team counselling/conversion targets where applicable.

* Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline preferred.

* 1–3 years of experience in immigration consultancy, visa counselling, overseas education or related field preferred.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Good English communication skills.

* Strong counselling, convincing and client-handling abilities.

* Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office, email and CRM software.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

* Target-oriented and professional approach.

## Preferred Experience

Experience in **Canada, Australia, UK, USA or other international immigration/visa processes** will be an advantage.
