Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Department: HR

Experience: 2 - 3 Years (Mandatory)

Location: Porur, Chennai

Industry Preference: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure / Recruitment Staffing

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring for Sales, Presales, Civil, and Office roles, preferably from Real Estate background.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Handling End-to-End Recruitment Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Interviewing & Onboarding.
2. Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Referrals, and Social Media.
3. Hiring for diverse roles - Sales, Presales, Marketing, Civil Engineers, Site Staff, and Back Office.
4. Coordinating with HODs to understand manpower requirements and closing positions within TAT.
5. Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates & interview panels.
6. Maintaining Recruitment Database, MIS reports, and daily hiring tracker.
7. Negotiating Salary, Releasing Offer Letters and ensuring smooth Joining Formalities.
8. Building a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
9. Handling bulk hiring and walk-in drives for Sales roles when required.
10. Managing Employee Referral Program and Vendor Coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / MBA in HR is preferred.
• 2-3 years of proven experience as HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition.
• Must be proficient in Naukri, LinkedIn Sourcing & Mass Hiring.
• Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills (English & Tamil).
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Real Estate / Construction Industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Salary: As per Industry Standards / Based on Experience
