Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations, employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, and Labour Laws.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and employee discipline.
- Handle employee grievances, engagement, and welfare activities.
- Monitor HRMS data accuracy and prepare HR reports.
- Coordinate with branch HR teams and management for HR-related matters.
Qualification & Experience
- MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and HRMS.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
