Accountant

Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring all daily financial transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll inputs) are accurately recorded.

Perform monthly bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries, accruals, and deferrals.

Oversee vendor invoice processing, verify expense reports, and follow up on outstanding customer collections.

Assist in preparing financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement) and support tax filings or external audit preparations.

Hands-on experience with standard accounting platforms like TallyPrime

Excel Skills: Intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities (comfortable utilizing VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and basic data formatting formulas).

High level of accuracy in data entry and financial spot-checking.

Ability to meet strict monthly reporting deadlines without compromising work quality.

Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with vendors, clients, Management and internal teams.
