Job Description

Back office executive;

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Back Office & Coordination Assistant for our construction company with a monthly fixed salary of ₹15,000 - ₹18,000. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle daily administrative operations, office assistant tasks, and back-office coordination exactly as assigned by company superiors. You will be responsible for precise invoice preparations, high-speed data entry, and robust data management, which includes maintaining flawless Excel sheets for labor attendance, tracking site expenses, and organizing client records. Candidates must possess exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English for corporate communication, alongside advanced hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Additionally, the role involves outbound tele-calling to pitch our services to prospective clients, and we offer performance-based cash incentives for every new client successfully secured through these calling efforts.
