Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with customers, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through calls, visits, and online platforms.
• Contact potential customers and explain the company's products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Design and Production Teams to provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers.
• Follow up regularly with customers to convert inquiries into orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Update customer details, inquiries, quotations, and sales progress in the CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order execution and payment follow-up.
• Attend customer meetings, site visits, and exhibitions whenever required.
• Maintain a daily sales report including calls made, customer meetings, follow-ups, quotations sent, and orders received.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to the reporting manager.
