Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to assist customers, promote products, achieve sales targets, and ensure an excellent shopping experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and promotions.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and product-related concerns professionally.
• Demonstrate products and support customers throughout the purchase process.
• Maintain proper product displays and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate with the store/stock team for replenishment.
• Support billing, returns, exchanges, and other store activities when required.
• Maintain knowledge of products, competitors, and current offers.
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.

• Basic sales and product knowledge.

• Qualification10th / 12th pass; graduate preferred.
