Job OverviewWe are looking for motivated and confident Academic Counselors to connect with prospective students, understand their learning requirements, explain our educational programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with prospective students through phone calls and follow-ups.
• Explain the academy's courses, curriculum, and program details.
• Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable educational programs.
• Handle inquiries and resolve basic course-related questions.
• Follow up with interested students and maintain lead records.
• Assist students throughout the enrollment and admission process.
• Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and enrollment reports.
• Coordinate with the team leader to achieve assigned performance targets.
• Maintain professional communication with prospective students.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and counseling abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Confidence in handling calls and follow-ups.
• Willingness to learn about stock market education.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and a target-oriented approach.
• Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Graduates and final-year students available for full-time work may apply.
• Candidates with sales, telecalling, admission counseling, or customer service experience will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of the stock market is an advantage.
