- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of system integration techniques and best practices within Salesforce environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and their application in Salesforce platforms.
- Skilled in optimizing application performance and ensuring maintainability of code.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
